Paper to Plastic

Paper to Plastic explores time and contemporary printmaking. It investigates the relationship between the hierarchy of print, painting and drawing. There is a congregation of themes co-relating to form a series of connecting web of ideas exploring history, lost traditions (personal and universal), domination and accession of digital technology. Amongst these phenomena, the constructed forms and images capture the permanence of constant change and evoke feelings of inevitable destruction, which indirectly fosters advancement of mediums with advancing times.
